Raphaël Attias

I’m a software engineer at Databricks, based in New York. I work on CustomerLake, Databricks’ customer data platform (CDP), building features across data ingestion, modeling, audience creation, integrations, and campaign execution.

Previously, I worked on Databricks Workflows and Jobs in Amsterdam. Before that, I was a visiting postgraduate researcher at Harvard, where I explored machine learning for high-resolution pathology images. I also worked on medical machine learning at NEC Laboratories America, from image segmentation to data augmentation.

I hold a master’s in Data Science and a bachelor’s in Mathematics from EPFL. My work has taken me from distributed learning to computer vision and software engineering. You can explore my projects, read my research, or get in touch.
